OMG! Tati, I was just watching a short documentary show on Netflix called BROKEN( Makeup Mayhem) which is exactly about counterfeit products. Omg it’s so good! You have to see it and could share with your followers to make them more aware of counterfeiters.

I only buy make up from either a legit store or the seller itself. I would never buy something from somewhere I don’t know where they got it from. I’m glad I got mine. It’s one of my favorite palettes. Can’t wait to see what else you have in store in 2020.

Thank you for speaking about money in the sense that you have it. Most IDclipsrs completely deny that they have money, and it makes me feel completely disconnected with them.

Even worse than the original counterfeiters are those that buy a large amount of the fakes and then sell them at just below the retail of the genuine product and make bank on people who are trying to save a buck or even cannot afford the real deal. Some people just do not care as long as they are making money. It happens so much in Facebook beauty groups now. There is a sad side but also a side that just makes me so angry for companies that are having to deal with this regardless of if it is cosmetics, clothing, electronics, etc.

You need to sue them under the table. That's the only way your going to actually stop them from doing this. Not everyone in the world will see this. Its frankly dangerous to leave this up to the public. I know you would never say this, but the general public are idiots.

The pricepoint itself is not too bad for a product i'm sure is of excellent quality. But the shipping and most of all custums to europe are what make the total so high 😢 I wish there was a retailer in Europe, one you chose, to handle that market for you.

If you want to address this problem maybe you should make more palettes in initial launches so there 1) isn’t an offline, re-sale market 2) isn’t a counterfeit market. Every single influencer always sells out within a couple hours. This is intentional.

I love Tati, I’m not here to bring more negativity, but is the glitter biodegradable? Glitter is usually a micro plastic and it’s a BIG DEAL In the ocean. I’d love for her to address this because I’d 100% buy a palette if I knew it was biodegradable glitter. Tati please talk about this, it could do SO MUCH GOOD with your platform.

I just don’t understand the psychology behind it for the consumer. You’re buying A counterfeit product that only looks like the original. Almost 100% of the time the actual make up is so garbage you’d have better luck at the dollar store.

Also, as someone who has an allergy to carmine in lip products, I appreciate companies that utilize other ways to create great makeup colors without compromising my comfort and health (itchy blistered lips are no fun). I think there is also room here for a discussion about the madness that surrounds the desire to 'keep up with the Joneses' - makeup is fun, it's empowering, but it's not a critical necessity. Consumers need to be incredibly thoughtful and critical about their purchases because their hard earned money and safety(!) is on the line.. but brands should have a responsibility to educate and market their products ethically, without simply fueling consumer anxiety to buy buy buy no matter the cost.

Cant get over how genuine and thoughtful Tati is and always has been. Love her to the moon and back!
