I especially like the part where you finally realize you're trying to make a precision guided missile, and the acknowledgment that those who know.... Literally cannot help you.

Mark can engineer an egg to drop from space without breaking. Meanwhile, I can't get my eggs home from the grocery store without one of them breaking.

I would love to do something like this! How’d you not get in trouble for doing this? Like, isn’t there some law against dropping something from a weather balloon and breaking the sound barrier with it?

I don't want to know how you build things. I want to know how you manage dozens of massive scale projects simultaneously. The multitasking is blowing my mind

The Most Phenomenal thing about this is that this didnt feel like a youtube video, it felt like it was a documentary about a mission with such a high hill to overcome it felt impossible.

It's amazing that Mark can make so many inventions at one time and all work on them at different times so if one fails he has another backup one for the video!

Is there a psychological reason I love scenes of control rooms breaking into cheers and applause? Gets me every time.

The fact that this 26 minute video was 3 years in the making is insane to me

I love that the majority of the video is about failure. None of that prevents you from moving forward. This video would have been amazing even if the eggs had broken. It’s your great attitude and joy of learning that is so valuable

The fact this one egg has traveled much higher than probably anyone watching this video will ever go is just insane

We went from backyard squirrel olympics to guided egg missiles. Mark is my inspiration to pursue mechanical engineering.

Seeing you having to scrap the project during your low point and then coming back again with a learned lesson means a lot to me ❤️ ty

"Which was surprising because Joe had definitely run through a lot of analysis and testing before coming here. So after conducting a thorough review of the footage and firmware he was able to locate and fix a single rogue negative sign in the code that seemed to be causing all the control issues" - The perfect description of my entire engineering degree

Those eggs should be in a museum now!
