- Chef AJ has followed a plant based diet for over 37+ years! If you haven't heard of her yet, she is the author of Unprocessed: How to Achieve Vibrant Health & Your Ideal Weight and the host of a new television series called "Healthly Living with Chef AJ" on Foody TV which also produces a weekly podcast by the same name. This former Executive Pastry Chef at Sante Restaurant in Los Angeles creates all of her decadent desserts free of sugar, oil and salt. To sweeten her desserts, she only uses whole dates. Chef AJ has a certificate in plant based nutrition from eCornell and is a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She created the Ultimate Weight Loss Program and Healthy Taste of LA which has helped hundreds of people achieve their optimum health. At home in Los Angeles, she shares her plant based lifestyle with her husband Charles and their rescued dog Sparky.
