    Tajin vs Togarashi

Tajin is very sour has dehydrated lime in it if i recall correctly, shimichi togarashi has dried orange peel in it as one of the 7 spices.
They are very different things and you would get a different result if you use that spice mix.... might be better might be worse the only way to find it is giving it a try.
But my thoughts are: pineapple is already a little sour adding to that might make it a very sour dish

That's so easy to make, I'll definitely try this out! Thanks for sharing. :)
I really enjoy watching your videos (I love your style and your enthusiasm), but as a vegetarian, I can't really try many of your recipes. So could you share more vegan or vegetarian recipes, please?
    Greetings from Germany!

      Hey,
You can often substitute fillings with vegan/vegetarian ones
Remember the recipe for seasoned roe?
Ikea sells vegan "roe" made out of algae and if you spice it with either smoke aroma or for example red thai curry they make an incredible filling/vegan substitute
What I also recommend is spiced mushrooms chopped, as a filling or tempura fried strings of oyster mushrooms :)
      Greetings from germany also!

Now I need a good cooked orange, cause normally I can't stand it; and they're not a whole lot of foods I don't like.
