While applying formula KE=1/2 mvv , the impact those massive engines and connected compartments are more than sufficient to demolish this entire pit but why the whole hole is intact still....?

The game doesn't simulate deformation damage to terrain. Instead it assumes the terrain is perfectly rigid. In reality the train would create craters where it impacts.
