Great Vlog👍, loved seeing you guys trying to readjust to van life! FYI, you can get large diameter PVC tubes/pipes used for water drainage, put the screw on caps made for it on the ends and attach it to the van roof, or standing upright on the rear doors, to store your skis and poles out of the way so you get to keep the shower! You're going to want to seal the opening of your grey water tank replacement so it doesn't slosh water out going around turns and bumps. Get a piece of rubber sheet (Lowes: "Keeny" 6 inch rubber washer $2.48) cut an opening slightly smaller than the tube so it stays tight around it and clamp it to the jug opening. No leaks or splashes! ....OVER! lol! 🤣

Thank goodness you guys did this before I brought my van up through New Mexico & Colorado because I NEVER would have thought of the foam floor and I am SOOOO about to install that this week!! Cold feet on the van floor are the worst!! And I'm MUCH less afraid of taking the van through winter weather now. Phew! Thanks y'all!

I recognized the outdoor store you were shopping in and your comment of "that hurt" at 15:36ish resonated with me as I use to work for that company. It will benefit you greatly when you "return" the items purchased, when you get to warmer climate or begin heading South. In order to conserve room. You have 1 year to "return" because the items "did not meet your expectations". As van lifers, you have to think in terms of modular clothing.
