He was indicted in Toledo, Mississippi for sexual battery which involved a 14-year-old girl. He proceeded to get charged with a number of crimes, which included property damage and drug possession. But in July 2011 - exactly two decades after he escaped from Jeffrey - he was arrested for attempting to throw a man off a Milwaukee bridge and kill him.

Jesus Christ….my heart is breaking for this poor man. Watching and hearing the pain and trauma in his voice and on his face while this lawyer is pummelling him with one insensitive question after the next is truly leaving me speechless. You can almost feel his heart beating out of his chest having to relive this trauma with his almost killer sitting just feet away. Brave doesn’t even begin to describe him. What a hero.

    • Jack B
      Jack B Hari Yang lalu

@L0S3R W1NN3R It is absolutely traumatic, and as a witness you can also not testify if you don't want to. But most of these people who are victims understand what they will be put through and that they will have to relive these moments in court. But the prosecutor did a good job at actually making his testimony very short and to the point. I think the victim here should be compensated by Netflix not for using his likeness but more so out of respect to him and the trauma he went through. Though to be fair it is unknown whether he is even alive at this point, he also went to prison for murder in 2011. There is no situation where the victim does not suffer from trauma. But also stop trying to act like the lawyer is a bad person for what they are doing, its their job, its traumatic, its traumatic for the lawyer to hear, its traumatic for the jury to hear. But this is how the court system works and now adays there is more systems in place to help the victims and support them through the trauma.

@Zach so civil rights is not political? Is your brain 🧠 functioning??? You brought politics into this once you summoned civil rights on the law suit matter.... I don't really care about being a republican or liberal, all I'm saying is that liberals cry too much like you, so you must be one.. how does this prove that I don't know the law???? See you are delusional making up things... SUCH a liberal 😂... I'm calling that law suit remark of yours petty that's all, you are stating I don't know law. 🤣🤣, you're a joke... pay attention to your statements son... it was all opinions between me and you up until you brought politics in the matter about violations of rights ect. With law suits and you then acted like a liberal twisting the truth saying i brought up politics??? Again like I said you are a LIBERAL VICTIMIZING YOURSELF

    • Zach
      Zach 20 hari yang lalu

@jeffrey munoz I think your problem (on a personal base) is that you’re consumed by bias political propaganda as YOU brought politics into the mix. None of this was political. If anything Nixon (a Republican) signed into office two of the clauses the prosecution violated it their line of questioning in 2007. Damn trump riled you lot lol. A bunch of fanatical “nationalists” who don’t even know the law but call it “sensitive,” now that’s a new one.

    • jeffrey munoz
jeffrey munoz 20 hari yang lalu

@Zach wow, ok kid, you are using my words now... you are being sensitive to the subject. Can you read back on your responses? Talking about a law suit for a QUESTION? That's pretty petty and sensitive. Filing a law suit because someone asked me if I'm gay... extremely sensitive. Sorry buddy but you sound pretty illogical.. not only illogical you sound very LIBERAL AND THEY ARE SENSITIVE. Ya people think with emotions instead of using the brain 🧠.. you stated that I'm crying 🤣🤣🤣, YOU ARE THE ONE CRYING AND FEELING SOME TYPE OF WAY BECAUSE THE WITNESS WAS ASKED A QUESTION.... 😂😂😂... CRY BABY MUCH
      LIBERALS

The way he was able to go over the whole thing in great detail so smoothly is insane, but you can tell he is so stressed and still so freaked out. Almost being close to being one of Dahmer's victims and Dahmer killed 17 people if he didn't survive it would have been 18 people and Dahmer would have just gone on killing and nobody would suspect a thing. Tracy Edwards got away from Dahmer and then had to testify in court and see him again... I don't know many people would could do that! My heart would have jumped out of my chest at that point*** Dahmer ended up in prison and he died in Prison and someone killed him.

@Holly And what was your reason for mentioning this? The person was leasing him for being brave and being able to
stop Jeffery Dahmer, they never mentioned his actions after. It was really unnecessary to mention that. NOBODY was talking about that. When you go through that much trauma, suffering PTSD & other mental health + physical health problems, it deeply affects you. I am not defending him, but everybody handles trauma differently. Others hold it in until they explode, others end their lives, others turn to drugs, point is, everybody handles it differently. This guy went through a lot, and I am proud of him for being brave and getting through. Please don’t mention his actions when a comment isn’t ABSOLUTELY NOT talking about that. His actions doesn’t change anything about him being a hero. He saved so many, imagine how many more victims wouldve been a victim to Jeffery if he didn’t escape. Like I said, go find a comment that is talking about his actions and do that there. Don’t try to change someone opinion about him.

@JrBucks Edwards was already going downhill. He was a victim of lifelong drug abuse, which ultimately destroyed his life and led him toward a path of crime and murder. He's a bad guy.

My heart goes out to Mr Edward's. So glad he was able to get away. He is an absolute hero, because many lives were saved do to his ability to keep a level head and get to help. I remember when Dahmer was k*lled in jail, where I was and what I was doing. I was grateful he was gone.

His Life has not gone well. How do you recover from someone telling you they're going to eat your heart? He seemed a kind person. Tragic. Hopefully he will recover His Life again as he has the chance to do unlike the other Victims.

I wish for Mr. Edwards to move on with his life without any anxiety issues. If it wasn't for him Dahmer could have gotten away.

@Jack B Blah blah blah, it doesn’t matter how it was back then or whatever, unassuming or not, YOU DON’T TRUST STRANGERS!!! That’s my point! Go tell that to the 17 victims. Dude come on, you’re messed up

    • Jack B
      Jack B Hari Yang lalu

@YouIn24Years First of all, back when he was committing the crimes he was society and culture was different, the way people behaved and how people trusted each other was much different. Not to mention as literally stated by a VICTIM in this video, that Jeff was a very unassuming and seemingly normal man, and I am sure Jeff was very good at manipulation as well and possessed the ability to coax people into situations that they may not normally put themselves into such as going alone to his apartment to do anything. Also a lot of men are confident in themselves being able to defend themselves in a situation such as this one, and most men don't think about the fact that they can be a victim of a crime such as this just as a women can. It is more likely that a women is abducted when she is alone in a parking than it is for a man, but the point being that it can happen, but most men don't really worry about it because typically men are again, confident they can defend themselves. But you should not be blaming the victims in this situation. seriously, think about what you said "I'm not trying to be messed up here" but you clearly understood what you were saying was wrong.... dude come on

You should not salute the man who killed Dahmer, the man who killed him was also mentally ill, was in prison for homicide of his boss at work who he tried to rob and when wasn't given money he killed him out of rage. He was a disgusting broken human being who needed help as well. While Dahmer absolutely should have been given the death sentence, the man who killed him was also a murderer and horrible human.

    Tracy,
You are a hero for your courage both then and at the trial. I’m praying for you because most could not overcome this without therapy etc. I truly hope this experience will not get the best of you God was and is with you.
I must say the Police were insane and STUPID as all get out. They were prejudiced and failed the victims… they died because the police failed the Jeffrey monster. The neighbor called numerous times& the police ignored her… shame shame. God bless u Tracy .. your eyes looked so traumatized.. shame on Milwaukee Police department.
