    Chef Catherine Blake, B.A., B.D., has been studying nutrition and health for over 30 years and creating delicious, plant-based meals. She earned a certificate in micronutrition in 2008 and is currently studying the role of lipids in health. An expert on the effects of food on health, Catherine has taught many classes at UH Maui since 2008, in Palo Alto CA, in the Hamptons, NY, and elsewhere. In March, 2014, Catherine was the healthy chef instructor at the Healthy Brain Seminar sponsored by Hawaii Pacific Neuroscience at Castle Wellness Center in Kailua, Hawaii.

    Just take your Organic Virgin COCONUT Oil with half a cup of purified Water (warm or cool) with lots of fresh Lemon & Lime Juice, and the addition of a few drops of Essential Oil of Peppermint... You will thus digest your Coconut Oil anytime...
    Whenever cooking or preparing meals with Coconut oil, make sure there is plenty of fresh-squeezed Lime juice to go with it... then No Problem digesting the Coconut oil.

    Don't EAT Seedless Grapes, they are higher in Sugar, and will introduce Mold into the body~
    The Wine makers NEVER use Seedless Grapes, that would create MOLD all over~

    Most commercial vegan milks have unhealthy ingredients like carrageenan. It is better to avoid all processed foods and refined foods like oil, white flour, sweeteners, juice, vegan milks, protein powders, tofu, supplements (except vitamin b12), salt, drugs, etc. which tend to have zero or less fiber, zero or less micronutrients. There are some traditional processed foods that might be better than the natural equivalent like tempeh, natto, nixtamal corn usually consumed as corn tortillas, etc.

      Jackson, I'm wondering if soaking the nuts might work for you? But, along w/pink hope's suggestions of sunflower and pumpkin seeds, consider sesame seeds, too. Best wishes to your health :)
