Another manufactured fake crisis from Trump....then he claims he 'saved America"...LMAO. What a clown.
Example: Trump slapped a 25% tariff on finished vehicles built in China, and 10% on most auto parts. China retaliates and slaps the U.S. with a 40% tariff on U.S. car imports. Eventually negotiations resulted in a reduction of Chinese tariffs to a 15% level, which Trump once again claimed as another victory . Except that the 15% tariff China agreed to is the SAME level it was BEFORE Trump started his ridiculous trade war. He even tweeted about it, "China has agreed to reduce and remove tariffs on cars coming into China from the U.S. Currently the tariff is 40%."
Imagine someone setting your house on fire, then claiming heroic status because he put out the fire.

In the world, for a long time there was a balance of systems. Moreover, the Western system had opposite goals, worldviews, technical, technological level and standard of living. And it so happened that rogue countries or countries that were dictating to the dictatorship, in one way or another, were drawn up to the bloc of communist countries, the other part tried to find a place among the Western countries, and some were dangling between the two poles, like leaves in the wind. But what is important, the States have always put in the first place - the system of values of the country with which close ties were established, and then everything else. Rather, those same human rights or democratic values, but everything changed in the very beginning of the 80s, when it was decided to conduct a bold experiment with China.
Then it was made a fatal decision that values can be put on the second place, and on the first - economic expediency. The theory describing economic growth prevailed as a locomotive for fundamental social processes that will lead to the Western system of values. It was believed that by comparing what was and what is obtained with the help of the West, the local population will begin to change their views and gradually begin to include democratic institutions. A little later, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the same principle was applied to most of the former empire - the Russian Federation. In general, it is not strange, Washington used Marx's theory of the development of public relations at the time when it showed its inconsistency.
Thus, their own experience of the 1930s was discarded, when the States, in an incomparably smaller scale, in the same way, tried to “ennoble” the USSR and Germany. Being still changed consciousness, but not in the direction expected in the United States. There was no growth of democracy there, and all investments in these countries became nothing more than the feeding of monsters who staged a gigantic world fight that took a little less than 100 million human lives. Even then, it was necessary to conclude that the worldview, the basic principles can not be put on any other place, except the first. And today, American analysts argue that the greatest threats to the United States and the West are China and the Russian Federation, precisely in this sequence. But after all, the States themselves and their allies fattened, equipped and armed those who are no longer talking about talking about the confrontation with the States.
So, recently, Chinese officials said that they were ready for a full-scale trade war with the States and did not intend to give up their interests. But if you carefully look into this issue, the trigger for a trade war was the scandal with the Huawei company operating in the United States. The United States caught her in systemic industrial espionage, and most likely did it first through closed channels, but Beijing did not let things go on the brakes, as was usually done - apologized and promised to punish those responsible, but publicly criticized the actions of the United States. It was here that the ideological antagonism of East and West manifested itself. For all its ambiguity, the West seeks to comply with the rules that have been agreed and approved. The East perceives the rules as a kind of temporary obstacle that can and should be avoided at the right moment. As a result, general advanced technologies were transferred to China, and spies mined a superstructure for them, turning the military into technologies.
But nothing new has happened. The USSR received from the States tractor and locomotive plants, and what they built? What built machine tool and automobile enterprises? The Chinese did the same. That is, the Americans made a fundamental and irreversible mistake, deciding that the globalization of technological processes would simply deprive anyone of any meaning, and especially the military confrontation, and again made a mistake. But the most unpleasant in this situation was in the second echelon of the problem. As we noted above, the States have become a reference point for the entire West, including for Europe. By changing their attitude towards China and the Russian Federation, calling it “pragmatism,” they gave a signal to the Europeans to do the same.
And now the Europeans have developed powerful economic relations with China, the Russian Federation, and recently with Iran. Moreover, they did it after the USA, and now, when they finally came to their senses in the States and began to sharply change the course, they put themselves in a pose in Europe and said: “Sorry, you yourself said that they are good guys and you can cooperate with them”. Iran and the nuclear deal concluded by Obama have become a catalyst for what has lasted for more than 30 years, namely, the withdrawal of the States from their own fundamental principles. A sharp reversal of the States was set by conservative forces, which realized not only and not so much the erroneousness of the previous course, but also the inevitable consequences that the States and, in general, the West had to expect if nothing was changed. And then it does not matter who sharply turned the steering wheel to the right, Trump or someone else. Perhaps a more experienced politician than Trump would have done it more skillfully, but the general direction is certainly correct. The fact is that China’s industry is growing at a rapid pace, outpacing such as in the United States and in Europe, but this happens because of the fact that China itself consumes little of what is produced in those regions, and vice versa, has its rise economy solely through open markets for their own goods. The cheapness of Chinese goods was achieved not only by the low level of wages in the country, but also for a long time - by the almost complete lack of investment in R & D. Technologies were simply copied from Western partners, without paying royalties, patents and licenses. Meanwhile, China has persistently sent its own students all over the world, where they received a quality education, work practices in enterprises and research centers of leading and technologically developed countries, in order to return to China or simply transfer the lessons to home.
As a result, a sharp rise in an engineering school of its own, which made it possible to rely less and less on borrowed technologies and to develop its own developments. The call was the moment when China overtook the States in the number of patents registered annually, and Chinese universities began to graduate more specialists than in the United States and in technical disciplines - with comparable or higher levels of knowledge. In general, if we continue on this way, it will turn out that the States and Europe have themselves raised at least one gravedigger with their own hands. Moreover, everything that he now represents is molded with their own hands, and therefore - with this we must either accept the situation or take some urgent action.
The fact that the time for this has long come is precisely evidenced by the reaction of China to the scandal with the Huawei. Beijing simply felt that now it was possible not to hide under the mask of good Uncle Liao, but put the question squarely. The same demonstrates the same thing to the Russian Federation, which was fed by the Europeans themselves with money for oil and gas. Now they are daily intercepting on the approaches to their borders a string of nuclear bombers of the Russian Federation, but continue to feed this monster. But what is the main mistake of the West? We came to the conclusion that there is a universal criterion that clearly divides countries into the West and the East, into a sane world and a carbonic, militaristic plague. It is simple and is in front of everyone. No, this is not a democracy. It gives only a factor of stability and continuity. The main factor is the focus of the state on the steady increase in the welfare of its own citizens.
This means that this basic principle dictates all actions of the state and, by the way, is a natural filter for power. If the government seeks to increase this level, it avoids actions that could harm it, and this gives a necessary element of predictability for everyone, both inside and outside the country. And it does not matter, it is Kuwait, the Emirates, the United Kingdom or Germany, that is, it is a monarchy or a democracy. If this principle is valid, then everything else will gradually be brought to the western denominator. If the well-being of the population is constantly sacrificed to some artificial ideas, then it does not matter what country it is, a dictatorship, like in the DPRK or an imitation of democracy, like in the Russian Federation, you have a potential bloody monster, and trouble on your head, if you decided to feed him. First, he will eat your food, then your hands, and then you. The whole focus of your survival will depend on how quickly you come to your senses and nail this rubbish. If not ... well, it means that the two World Wars did not teach anything.
